No Connection/No Host.

Your STB is Blocked.

 

No Connection/No Host.

If you have a Blue Screen with a no connection error message on the screen this is a likley indicator that you have entered the Portal URL in wrong or the Portal URL that you are using is no longer valid.

 

Please contact Admin and ask for the updates on or check you have the correct URL enterered.

 

To make the changes to the portal URL do the following

Then do the following

Click Setting

Profiles

Then click on Server Info #

(Yours will not have the same numbers)

Then Click on Portal Settings

Then click on Portal URL

When the box appears click ok and the keyboard will appear

Type in the Portal URL Admin has given you.

(Make sure it is exact).

Once this had been entered.Press ok to save the information.

Press back once and select Digital STB Configuration.

Once you have entered the right Portal url save it and keep pressing back to the first screen.

Press Menu then Exit

then start the app again.

You should no have full acess to your channel list again

 

 

Your STB is Blocked.

 

If you have a message saying your STB is blocked then your account has ended and you need to contact Admin to renew your service.
